I’m a dad of two energetic girls, husband to a lovely lady called Kat, and a life-enthusiast that has far too many hobbies – running and cycling the two dominant players right now.

Throughout my career I’ve been drawn to early-stage teams aligned toward impactful missions. As such, I have been a founding (1st) designer multiple times; lead complex 0 → 1 projects; designed & built entire applications; hired, lead & mentored other designers; helped with company growth efforts; been involved in investor conversations; done everything within my power to make a significantly positive impact. On top of my design contributions, I’ve also written significant frontend production code (React, Typescript, etc) at all of my companies.

Most recently, in my role at Accurx, I’ve helped scale the design team from 0 to 15, embedded an experience-led philosophy, supported the creation of a compelling vision, and helped shape a supportive design culture that values nothing less than the highest quality work.
